Henry Riley’s residential experience extends over 40 years, covering private sector, social and general needs housing; hostels; student accommodation and housing association projects.

We act in a variety of roles for our clients comprising quantity surveying, project management, employer’s agent, client’s representative and planning supervision.

Our drive to achieve the best possible surroundings for the end user, whether a private individual, an investor, or as part of a care scheme, has led us to diversify our role so that we can offer a range of added value services. For example, we have expanded our role with key clients to include design review and development, partnering advice and acting as a member on their Core Group (PPC 2000).
