Capital Shopping Centres – Metro Centre

Following the success of phase 1, Henry Riley is delighted to be re-appointed by Capital Shopping Centres for Phase 2 of the Metro Centre Re-Roofing project at Gateshead, Tyne & Wear.
The metro centre is Europe’s largest shopping centre with an area of 207,000 sq ft. This project is made up of 5 phases due to the complexities and amount of tenant’s plant at roof level and has an overall project value of £8.9M. |
