Supplier of the Month

Henry Riley is delighted to have been awarded Asda’s Supplier of the month during February 2009 thanks to the excellent work undertaken at the new store sited at Keighley which is due for completion July 2009.
All ASDA schemes are measured using an online KPI system where the benchmark score is considered to be 2.8. Our score of 3.38 was well above average.
A sample of the positive feedback captured from the online KPI system is quoted below:
1) “Well informed on all aspects of the job, especially complicated highway works and communicates this well to the team”.
2) “On top of all site issues and goes out his way to arrange meetings with the council to maintain working relationships. Excellent communicator always reacts quickly and efficiently to Asda’s requests”.
3) “Responds extremely quickly you change requests working closely with RG and the design team to press matters to conclusion”. |
