New Appointment – Metropolitan Housing Trust Limited

Henry Riley has been successfully awarded a 4 year framework agreement with Metropolitan Housing Trust Limited to provide quantity surveying and employer’s agent services along with other Group companies Paradigm and ESP who are to provide project management, planning supervision and M&E design.
The estimated project programme will be approximately £100M per annum, dependant on funding capacity, size and nature of projects. Works consist of the construction and completion of new build housing and contract works in relation to refurbishment, which may also include the development of related commercial or community facilities on individual projects.
This framework has been set up by Metropolitan Housing Partnership Group (MHP) on behalf of the Metropolitan Housing Trust and Granta Housing Society. MHP’s development activity ranges from high density mixed tenure schemes and major regeneration initiatives through to small sites linking to local communities. They work with over 20 local authority partners across London and Eastern regions and also work with partner BME Associations to deliver the London Protocol. |
