New Appointment - Aldwyck Housing Association

Following the successful completion of a rigorous pre-qualification and tender process, Henry Riley are pleased to announce that they have been appointed quantity surveyors and employer’s agent for Aldwyck Housing Association on their New Build Development Programme. This agreement will operate as part of a strategic partnering approach under a 4 year framework agreement.
Aldwyck is one of the Housing Corporation’s development partners and is Homebuy Agent for the Government’s Low Cost Home Ownership initiatives. It also provides services to four other RSLs as part of its ARC Partnership initiative. They work throughout Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Northamptonshire and Cambridgeshire, as well as the north of London.
Their programme will include construction of new build housing projects, providing accommodation for rent, shared ownership, intermediate renting and sale on the open market. |
