Borough of Macclesfield, Multi-Storey Car Park Cheshire

The Borough of Macclesfield has appointed Henry Riley as employer’s agents and quantity surveyors for a £3.6M multi storey car park project in Wilmslow Cheshire.
This council run project involves the design and build of a seven storey car park under the JCT 2005 form of contract. The new structure will be built over an existing ground level car park creating over 400 spaces including 16 disabled.
The structure will also include two storage areas, two lifts, two stair towers, CCTV security and will also provide accommodation for the office staff. |
