Henry Riley Bolton have been appointed to project manage and provide quantity surveying for the demolition and relocation of the Birkenhead and Wallasey Primary Care Trust (PCT) head quarters currently located at St. Catherines Hospital.
The works include the demolition of the existing 5 storey PCT head-quarters, disconnection and diversion of site services, new car park area, refurbishment of canteen facilities, new changing facilities and toilets and the creation of new offices for the occupational health team. |
