RICS North East Renaissance Awards 2004 - Community Benefit Category

A Gold and Bronze Award have been given to two projects managed by Henry Riley, by the RICS North East Renaissance Awards.
The awards recognise the outstanding achievement in providing a local community facility.
1st Place (Gold Award)
Six Extra Care Schemes for Durham County Council and Hanover Housing Association. Henry Riley acted as Clients Representative, Quantity Surveyor and Planning Supervisor. The project totals 243 flats over 6 different sites including extensive communal facilities.
3rd Place (Bronze Award)
The Consett E commence centre. Provision of e friendly serviced office facility for Derwentside Council. The project has been recognised by the Council as excellent value for money and is now being used as a benchmark for future schemes. Henry Riley acted as Quantity Surveyor. |
