Henry Riley wins new appointment with BEN

Henry Riley are delighted to confirm their appointment as QS for the redevelopment of the Lynwood care home in Sunninghill owned and operated by BEN, the Motor and Allied Trades Benevolent Fund.
The proposals are to replace a Victorian care home and associated 1960's and '70's residential blocks with a leading edge Retirement Village community comprising of 124nr residential units (for sale and rental) and an 84 bed Care Home over a built area of circa 19,500m2
The site is located on 7.8 hectares of Green Belt land and the project has political support within The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead for a hybrid planning application which will take place in the summer of 2010. |
