University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Framework Agreement

Henry Riley is delighted to be appointed by the University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Capital Investment Directorate (CID) on their professional services Framework.
This is to supply both Project Management and Quantity Surveying services commencing 2009/10, for a period of 4 years.
The Trust comprises approximately 49 sites with a range of buildings varying in age, construction and use. The CID is responsible for the management of all building feasibility studies, business case developments, new builds, refurbishment works and infrastructure projects across the estate. |
