Henry Riley continues to successfully develop their relationship with Caffé Nero, working on both their New Build and Refurbishment Programme.
Caffé Nero has growing confidence in the market with continual growth plans throughout the recession.
We have been appointed on their New Build programme to provide Project Management and Quantity Surveying with other Riley Consulting group companies providing CDM Co-ordination (Paradigm Management Limited) and M&E Design Consultancy (ESP Limited).
Caffé Nero plans to build between 30-40 stores in their next financial year. Prestigious locations include landside at Heathrow T4 and airside at Edinburgh Airport.
In addition Caffé Nero plans to carry out between 15-20 refurbishments with stores nationwide in London, Leeds , Cardiff, Bath, Manchester, Chester and their flagship store in Heathrow T1. Project values range between £50 - £100K.
We are delighted to have negotiated a 5% saving for them on their shop fitting rates despite the fact that the schedule of rates has not increased within the last 5 years. |
